The challenge
When Visinor Fjell and Gjerden Fjellsikring merged in 2023, Nordisk Fjellsikring inherited two different ways of working. With 50 to 60 active projects at any given time and documents scattered across multiple systems, maintaining an overview was difficult.

Løsningen
We set up WorkPoint 365 integrated with Microsoft 365 and built a common project structure tailored to the way Nordisk Fjellsikring actually works.
Common project structure — All projects follow the same template across offices and locations. Everyone knows where to find what they need.
Document organization — Emails and files are automatically tagged and linked to the correct project. No manual sorting, no missing documents.
Insight and reporting — Integration with Power BI provides an overview of project status, progress, and resource usage directly from WorkPoint.
Secure external sharing — Suppliers and customers get access to what they need, and nothing more. Access control at the SharePoint level keeps data safe.
